On behalf of all of the members of the Wisconsin Dietetic Association, I want to thank you for the students providing the chair massages on Thursday, April 19th at the Abbey Resort in Fontana. On behalf of the members of the Department of Administration’s, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Advisory Committee, I want to thank you for participating again this year in the Wellness Expo, held on Wednesday, April 11, 2007. As in the previous year, the chair massages were the highlight of the event.

We hope you will consider joining us again in coming year as the EAP continues to encourage good health and active lifestyles. Thank you again for your participation.

Roger Ervin

Secretary of Revenue /State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue/

On behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, I would like to express our appreciation to you for the important role you played in making our 2009 Health and Wellness Expo such a great success.

Many employees have expressed their appreciation for giving them the opportunity to have easy access to such a variety of health care, fitness, and financial professionals. Your participation made this possible.

Again, thank you for your time and contributions in helping to make it a great event.

Edgewood College

Thank you for your support of the Edgewood College Student-Athletes!

Bilie Johnson

Excise Tax Section /State of Wisconsin – Department of Revenue/

Thank you for giving the two lectures and for sending three massage therapists for the Department of Revenue’s Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday. Our event was a huge success – we had at least twice the number of attendees than we had at our last health fair in 2009. You and your institute played key roles in creating that success.

I really enjoyed your lectures. They were extremely useful and interesting lectures.

Terry Murawski

Executive Director /National W Club/

Thank you so much for supporting our 2009 Badger Blast and Chili Kick-off. With the UW Marching Band and Marcy & the Highlights at the Badger Blast and Rachelle & the Red Hot Rattlers along with the UW Band again playing at Chili Kick-off the old Field House was “rocking”. There were many organizations along with a host of volunteers that helped make both events very successful. Therefore, on behalf of the National W Club and UW Athletic Department we would like to thank you for making this year’s Badger Blast and Chili Kick-off days to remember.
